At Grad Solutions, we’re here to change that narrative—because we believe every student has value, potential, and a future worth fighting for.  

We believe that every student deserves the chance to finish high school, no matter where they started or what obstacles they’ve faced. Our mission is simple: to empower students through personalized support, flexible learning options, and a dedicated team that believes in their potential.  

Earning a high school diploma isn’t always a straight path. Life circumstances, personal challenges, and traditional school environments can make it hard to stay on track. Grad Solutions was built to meet Arizona teens where they are. Whether they’re returning after a break, balancing work and school, or navigating other life responsibilities, we offer the flexibility and encouragement needed to recover from dropping out and succeed.  

A Supportive Team that Walks with You  

From day one, students are surrounded by people who care about their success. Our mentors and teachers are student advocates, motivators, and partners on the journey to graduation. They take the time to understand each student’s goals, challenges, and strengths, helping them overcome struggles and move forward with confidence.  

Support Services that Make a Difference  

In addition to one-on-one mentoring and academic guidance, Grad Solutions offers a variety of support services designed to address the whole student.

Dedicated Mentors: Every student is assigned a Mentor who works to provide encouragement, accountability, and support on their journey to graduation. 

Career and College Planning: Helping students explore what’s next after graduation.  

Mental Health Support: Connecting students with resources when they need someone to talk to.  

Credit Recovery and Tutoring: Making it easier to catch up and stay on track.  

Technology Assistance: Ensuring students have access to the necessary tools for online learning.  

Community Resources: Linking students to transportation, childcare, and other services as needed.

They are not test scores or a grade point average; they are young adults with huge potential. This is why our entire team is committed to their success, no matter what challenges they’ve faced in the past. We’re heavily invested in seeing them through to graduation.  

The HUB Student Resource Centers  

The HUB student resource centers help students feel part of a community. They get to connect with peers who share similar experiences, meet their teachers, and see mentors face-to-face. We regularly host classes and events at HUB locations that bring students together for learning, celebrating, and connecting with community resources. They also get to participate in fun, meaningful activities that reinforce the idea that they are not alone on this journey.

Every student at Grad Solutions is surrounded by a dedicated team—including mentors, teachers, academic coaches, and support staff—who are genuinely invested in their success. These relationships are built on trust, encouragement, and accountability.   

Our staff members listen, guide, and walk alongside students as they overcome challenges and move toward graduation. Students often tell us that, for the first time, they feel like someone believes in them. That belief is powerful—and changes how students see themselves and what they’re capable of achieving.
