Program Feature

HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT MENTORING PROGRAM

When a student enrolls in our high school dropout recovery program, they are immediately matched with a mentor who will go the extra mile to guide them through graduation.

How does this work?

We believe a high school mentoring program is essential to student success.

Mentoring is a built-in feature of our program. So how does it work?

  1. After enrolling, program managers attempt to match you with a mentor based on your gender preferences or other specific needs.
  2. The new student virtually meets with their mentor. We ensure that all of the leaders in our mentor program are amazing and equipped to unlock a student’s potential while in the program!
  3. You and your mentor create your individualized learning plan, which maps out your path to earning your high school diploma

What do Mentors do?

Someone in your corner who genuinely cares can transform your educational journey.

Our mentors focus on breaking down any educational barriers you might face. They commit to providing the one-on-one guidance you need to get you to the stage on graduation day. Our mentors are flexible and fit their support to each specific mentee. They sincerely care about each student’s professional and personal growth.
